- Personal Coaching to cover Resilience, Impostor Syndrome, Change and achieving a personal goal.
- Business Coaching
- Executive Coaching
Programme 1
My fees are £80 per session.

Business coaching has its focus on small to medium sized business where the owner seeks to develop a business idea or development in order to achieve a goal which might be areas such increasing market share or considering a new area of business. My fees are £100 per session.

Programme 3
Executive Coaching tends to be conducted in larger organisations where a senior employee, typically Assistant Director, Director or function lead where there is a need to develop a goal or target, a relationship, increase effectiveness or achieve personal development. My fees are £120 per session.
